How do I prepare for a treatment?

 Make sure you avoid scrubs, AHAs, benzoyl peroxide, retinols, facial waxing  or topical prescriptions for 2 days before your appointment.  Botox/filler, and laser, 10 days before your appointment.  Feel free to ask any questions.

 Please allow 48 hours for cancellations or rescheduling.  Failure to do so will result in 50% late cancellation fee or 100% of the service charge if cancelled less the 24hrs or missed appointment. 

 Guests who arrive late are not guaranteed a full service.  I do my best to accommodate guests.  However, if time does not allow, the service will be cut short by the time late.  If the guest is too late to receive the service, they are responsible for full price of the service. 

The Skin Studio is by appointment only.

The Skin Studio is a small/intimate space.  Due to size of space and liability issues, guests and children are not permitted . If you do have to bring a guest, they will have to wait in the lobby waiting room. ( some exceptions, please ask)

There may be a possibility of cross contamination of products used. Any Anaphylaxis  allergies to nuts, fruits or shellfish, limited treatments are available. If you have any severe  anaphylaxis allergies, this should be communicated before  booking your  appointment.   Schedule appointments at least 48 – 72 hours before any special event where appearance is a factor.  Some clinical treatments  may cause redness and/or sensitivity, especially on reactive/sensitive clients.
